Co-Opted Members Join Cherries Trust
Over the last few weeks, we have been engaging with fans in order to increase our presence, communication and overall, our image amongst the Cherries fans. We realise that we have been lacking in clear and concise communication as well as transparency, and we must thank you, the fans, for coming forward and helping us understand what we can do better.
To this end, we are pleased to announce that both Sam Somers and Dom Greenslade have now joined The Cherries Trust as co-opted Trust Members. They will be heading up our communications as well as increasing our online presence, road mapping future plans for marketing, and establishing a brand-new website.
As co-opted members, both Sam and Dom understand that they have the full backing of the trust without being full board members but will be included in all matters of the trust.
As Chair, Mark will be continuing to deal with the club with whom our relationship is stronger than ever. He will also be assisting Sam and Dom until they become more aware of how their roles will work and what their roles within the trust will look like.
- Caroline will also remain as secretary and her input is truly inspiring in keeping things ticking in the background.
- Peter also remains as Treasurer and is always available when required by any of the trust board or its members and fans alike.
- Brian is also continuing his role amongst the community.
- Craig has taken a step back from the trust to focus on both his family and his YouTube channel. We wish him all the best.
The board are extremely excited about our future and we already know everyone will make Sam and Dom very welcome.
